The last couple of months have been really rough for myself and my family. Not sure why, but we had one serious issue after another. I honestly wanted to crawl under a rock and hide; however, I pushed through it all even saying good-bye to my grandma as she entered into heaven. Like I said it’s been rough.

I’ve heard someone say that we have to go through the bad things because it makes us stronger. Stronger or not it is still difficult, and I still do not like it.  With the experiences I have had in my life, I saw the work God has done in years past to today. I proved to myself that with God’s help I can get through those difficult situations. It sounds kind of funny that an invisible God will get us through hard times. And my answer is yes! I talked to him about it, told him how I felt, and what I would like to see happen. Even though not all my prayers were answered the way I would have like them to be answered, I felt better knowing that I can tell him my opinion and leave the results up to him. All I know is that hiding or falling into depression was not going to solve anything, but I have to keep going.

So if you are reading this and experience difficult situations, keep going. Do not stop, and do not give up. Talk to God! He is ready to listen to what you have to say.
