On April 6, 2022 I had what I thought would be a typical/standard hysterectomy. However, what we thought was Adenomyosis turned out to be a tumor the size of a peach and it was cancerous. They took 5 lymph nodes, and only 1 lymph node had cancer. I have been diagnosed with stage 3 c1 uterine cancer. So in a nutshell…I have journey set before me.
Treatments will be a total of 6 chemotherapy and radiation.
