Happy Thanksgiving!

I would like to take the time to say that I hope you had a Happy Thanksgiving. This year has been a difficult year for us all, some more than others with the loss of a loved ones, loss of jobs, quarantines, or something else. But even through this trying time, I pray that you are able to still be thankful for the things you do still have, or being thankful for the memories you made with your loved ones. I am truly thankful as I reflect on all that God has done for me in one way or another. I am thankful for the friends and family that are still here on this earth with me. I am thankful for the time spent with those that have left this earth. I am even thankful for the “changes” that have taken place over this year.

Paul said in Philippians 4:11 (NLT) “… for I have learned how to be content with whatever I have.” One thing is for sure after a year like 2020, I too have learned to be content with what I have, because it is a gift from God (and from my hubby too). Let us be thankful today and always.
